We check identity, tax registration, insurance and up-to-date payment status.

Required documentation
Prepare these documents (as PDF or a legible photo). The sooner you send them, the sooner we complete your verification.
For all providers
- Valid ID of the holder or representative (DNI or NIE, both sides).
- Valid public liability insurance (policy + latest receipt).
- Certificate of being up to date with the Tax Agency (Hacienda).
- Certificate of being up to date with Social Security.
- Bank account ownership certificate (for payments).
- List of services and areas + references of previous work (if available).
If you are self-employed (autónomo)
- RETA registration (self-employed scheme) or latest self-employed contribution receipt.
- Tax census registration: form 036 or 037, with the IAE code of your activity.
- (If applicable) Professional licence or certificate for the trade (installer, food handler, etc.).
If you are a company (SL)
- Company tax ID (CIF).
- Deed of incorporation and company bylaws.
- Deed of power of attorney or appointment of the signing director/representative.
- Company tax census / IAE registration (form 036).
- (If applicable) Sector-specific certificates, approvals or licences.
