In a luxury villa in Mallorca, air conditioning stops being a luxury and becomes a critical service between June and September, when temperatures easily exceed 35 °C and coastal humidity makes the nights stifling. A climate-control breakdown during occupancy — whether by the owner or holiday-rental guests — is one of the fastest-escalating problems: technicians are fully booked in August and an urgent repair can take days. That is why preventive maintenance, carried out before the season, is the best investment to avoid losing your cooling when you need it most.

Professional air-conditioning maintenance for villas includes cleaning and disinfecting filters and indoor units (split, ducted or cassette), checking the refrigerant charge, testing for leaks, cleaning the coils and fan of the outdoor unit, emptying and disinfecting the condensate trays to prevent bad odours and legionella, and verifying the thermostat and control system.
